Game changer. I’ve Nannied for several years and watched all my friends and siblings raise their children. I felt as prepared as I could for our first baby’s arrival. However we hit speed bumps and hard stops that even with all the experience could not work out. So we ordered the course at 4am after a very difficult week. Taking Cara Babies really did make a huge difference in the approach we took and with some great scheduling adjustments we needed. On another note, Cara has a gentle way of reassuring you that whatever you’re doing is okay and things happen. I am a firm believer of “minding your own motherhood” because for new moms figuring it out confidence is important. Cara help’s by reassuring you that it’s never perfect and that’s okay. I would 100% recommend this course.

This worked well for our family! Cara has loads of experience and solid tips. We learned how to support our baby’s sleep cycle without resorting to cry it out, which we wanted to avoid at all costs. Our baby now sleeps through the night unless he’s cluster feeding and we’re able to better support him during the day now that we understand sleep and awake windows. We’re glad we invested in Cara’s program!

This class has made me so much more confident in my parenting. My baby is not sleeping through the night yet but we are definitely making lots of progress and heading in the right direction. Thank you Cara!

I just finished the newborn portion of the course and it has helped tremendously with my now 7-week old! We are getting some 6-7 hour stretches of sleep, and that is doing this mama some GOOD. -- Can't wait to take the rest of the course! Also, as a first time mom, I can't explain how helpful it is just to listen to Cara and watch how she takes care of babies. -- I had no idea what I was doing as a mom at first (lol) and I've learned so much (even aside from sleeping tips) from watching Cara! This course is beyond worth the money!

We can not speak highly enough!! We started this with our little 4 week old and within two days he was sleeping from 9:00pm to 5:30 am without waking up!! THEN two weeks later he slept until 7:30 am!! Since he’s been 6 weeks old he has slept through the night like an angel and we owe it to this program! Our baby just turned two months and naps in the crib are starting and going so well with the strategies provided! We are taking baby steps and it really goes a long way! We are so grateful to have an 8 week old that sleeps 10 hrs straight! He is growing in the 90th percentile and sleeping, can’t complain!! THANK YOU CARA AND TEAM!!

We have been using the first 5 months bundle since our little girl was about 2 weeks old. We wanted to learn her cues and watch her wake windows as she got older so that we would be ready. And of course I over stressed myself with the whole thing. Stared at her everytime she was awake to watch for these magical cues. She would give some, and I would whisk her off to bed. Unfortunately I didn't realize how important the wake windows were, I assumed tired cues meant tired cues lets go to sleep. After a few weeks of 20+ of rocking and shhing to get her to sleep and long evenings where she just wouldn't close her eyes, I booked a phone consultation. They discussed watching the clock more, her cues were not lining up with her windows so they were throwing everything off. We tried it that very night, looked past the few yawns, and looking away and got her to her 60 minute window. We immediately saw a difference in her cues, these were much more pronounced yawns and getting fussy. When she was swaddled up and in her dark room she was asleep within 10 minutes of just light rocking in her chair! And this was after getting her two month vaccines that morning and having a rough time of it, and during her witching hour! It helped so much to have someone to talk to about my personal experiences and what I was seeing to help piece together all the information I was getting. Within 24 hours I feel like a new mom.

This bundle was a lifesaver for us. As first time parents, we had no clue what we were doing and although yes it’s true you do tend to “figure it out” in terms of giving your baby what they need, we were mostly just relying on the internet to help us whenever we had questions about sleep, feeding, napping, etc. But as anyone will quickly find out, opinions differ from one website to the next and from one person to the next. While it’s true that TCB does implement certain techniques from other sources, nobody owns these techniques, and I appreciated the fact that they were laid out in a easy to follow, cohesive manner, with lots of video examples, video classes and PDF documents to help you along. The newborn course gave us the confidence to implement a little bit of structure to our days while also reassuring us that things would not always be perfect AND THAT’S OK. It also gave us the confidence for our nights to understand what our baby needed or didn’t need, so we weren’t always second guessing ourselves about active sleep or feedings. Our LO has always been a good eater and sleeper and we had him sleeping through the night by 8 weeks and taking all of his naps in his crib by 10 weeks. It gave us the confidence to put him down for his naps and a way to settle him when needed. The 3-4 month booklet has also been instrumental in helping us to know what is developmentally appropriate and what to focus on, as well as what not to stress over. If I had one criticism it would be that the layout of the newborn class was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to find or re-watch something. But that’s just a minor detail. Otherwise we can’t thank TCB enough and I have been recommending it to all my friends and colleagues with newborns! Thank you!!
