Unfortunately, didn’t work well for us. This isn’t guaranteed to work. Every baby is different.

It just didn't work for us. I don't know how all these babies sleep through the night mine never passed the 4 hours stretch.

We started this sleep training when my daughter was 6 weeks old and saw immediate improvements after the first day of implementing the routine. Now my daughter is 11 weeks and sleeps through the night! We love Cara!!!!

This information helped us so much! We got our four month old in a routine. Before he was crying every day at the same time, we thought it was gas/ colic, as a fist time mom I had no idea what cues to watch for and wake times, etc. we now have one very content baby and are getting about 8 hours a sleep a night, we are all so happy! Would definitely recommend!

I have two older children (9 and 6) and a newborn. I just wish so much that I had bought this bundle before my other two were born. Cara is so wonderful. This is much more than sleep guidance, it’s helping you learn to care for your baby. Honestly it’s worth much more than the cost. I love how encouraging and understanding Cara is. Many times she just reminds parents that we are “practicing”. It’s not perfection, it’s just taking steps in the right direction. My 8 week old takes naps in his crib and in his stroller. He is sleeping a 5-6 hour stretch at night, and most importantly he is happy and content during the day. I tried to keep my other children awake during the day so they would sleep at night (which doesn’t work). I have already recommended this program to 2 other moms. If you want your baby to sleep in his crib for (some) naps and some time during the night, I truly believe Cara can help.

We’re at 7 weeks old and our girl went 7 hours and 21 minutes last night. Right on track! A lot of our friends have been having babies around the same time and so many more parents tell me their stories of sleepless nights. I should be a sales person for Caras program.

It was really good honestly i knew most of the tips and tricks and had use them on my first daughter. I was in a difficult moment in my post partum with my second child who was not sleeping a lot during the day. This bundle really help me to chill out and realize that what my baby was going through was developmental.
