“it’s not an exaggeration to say this class saved my life. Before taking this class, bed time took 1-2 hours. After a night feeding it took up to 2 hours to get my son back to sleep. every single nap was a contact nap because it was the only way i could get him to sleep. Now, he will generally go down at bedtime right away and put himself to sleep. Naps are in the bassinet, with the occasional contact nap when we want some snuggles, and after a night feeding he is right back down and putting himself to sleep when he awakes in the night and it’s not to feed. I am loving parenting now and I have finally been able to bond with my son instead of praying away this stage. I was on my way to PPD with the way sleep was going and now everyone is getting rest and my husband can even help with getting him down.
