“This course was a game changer for me and my newborn. I started it at 6 weeks and wish I started it sooner. It was so tactical and actionable which I appreciated. I felt like I could finally understand my baby’s cues and better understand what she needed. This course helped our household become more peaceful! Cara’s style is so caring and loving throughout this course - take it!!”
“Loved this course so much. We started it right after we had our first daughter, and not only did it help us with her sleep- it really did help with my postpartum anxiety, knowing I was doing the right things and giving me reassurance when I wasn’t sure about something. Our 6 week old consisntly gives us 6 hour stretches at night and we are working everyday on her naps. We love Cara!”
“Definitely recommend this! I'm glad I bought this so quickly after our first daughter was born. I believe I bought it around six weeks. I had results very quickly, simply because of learning about wake windows and sleepy cues other than a yawn! Cara also did a great job at not making me feel bad about not knowing how to swaddle well with a swaddle blanket. My little girl can fall asleep without needing to be rocked, held or fed, and that's huge! You don't know these things as a new parent until you do. Educate yourselves! ;) Thanks Cara”
“This was a very helpful course. We didn't realize how helpful a schedule is and the little things we can do to help our baby be comfortable enough to sleep through the night. It's been great!”
“This program has helped us so much during the first 2 months of my daughter’s life. We had no idea about wake windows when we brought her home so she was basically sleeping all day and not at night. Since using this program she is now sleeping 6-8 hours at night in her bassinet and napping in her bassinet throughout the day. Sometimes she is able to put herself to sleep and sometimes I have to settle her with the method provided in the program and then she’s able to settle herself to sleep. I recommend this program to all the new moms I talk to.”
