“As a mom, you will understand your baby's needs! What I like the most about this bundle was the amount of information that we have access to, and how much we can learn about our baby. This is my third baby and I only wish I knew about Cara during my first pregnancy, I am completely sure that I wouldn't go through PPD. My other two babies were part of the 5-24 months collection, It worked just perfect. My 20 months old baby and 6 months at the time never slept through the night till we did the program. I will be so thankful forever.”
“Taking Cara Babies first 5 months bundle has given us the confidence as first time parents that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. We have been able to implement the recommended wake windows and now have a baby who is sleeping in 5-6 hour increments over night at 5 weeks old.”
“We are currently 8 weeks into life with our second child and thanks to Taking Cara Babies newborn course, he is already an independent sleeper. We are renovating our entire house and today I had him in one of the bedrooms with me while I was painting a wall - he happily entertained himself and when he started to get tired I popped his dummy in and turned the white noise on and he just took himself to sleep. No hours of rocking, feeding or shushing (which we would have had to do with our first child). I was able to crack on with the painting, barely skipping a beat.
For the first 5 weeks, he refused to do more than 2 hours of sleep at one time, even at nighttime. If it hadn’t been for this course, I would have just accepted that that’s the kind of sleeper he is. But by following Cara’s tips and being consistent, we now regularly get a 5 hour chunk of sleep at the beginning of the night and we will continue to work hard to extend it more and more.
Thank you Cara!”
“It's been night 15th since we have started sleep training based on your ABC sleep method. For the first 10 nights we had some improvement but no sleep through the night my son was keep waking up around 4 am and couldn't go back to sleep until 5:30 or 6 am! then he could take a 20-30 min sleep.
Based on your suggestion I have tried shortening the wake window before bedtime and it didn't help! then I have stretched the wake window for 10-15 min and he slept through the night for 3 nights in row! As we were celebrating our success, he started waking up early again on night 14th and 15th of sleep train!
I am supper disappointed, is there anything else we can do? my baby is 5 and half month old and his wake window between naps are almost 2 and half hours! He takes 3 naps per day, no nap more than 2 hours and in total he sleeps 3-4 hours during the day (last nap is of course cat nap for 30 min)!
I have done everything you suggested, step by step! I even purchased your newborn class to lay a strong foundation. What else can I do to overcome the early waking up? The room is also blackout and cool! (we are in Australia and it's winter here and sun doesn't rise until 7am)
Please please help me

“If this is your first baby and reading a baby book is too much right now, this bundle of short videos is really nice (because you can watch 1 at a time). The part about how often babies generally sleep, wake, and eat as infants was especially helpful for me.
However, unless you follow the S.I.T.B.A.C.K. method in conjunction with a bedtime routine, as early (and consistently) as possible, it will not help your baby sleep longer at night.
Once we brought our baby home and were sleep deprived and overwhelmed, all plans went out the window and we did what we had to to get him to sleep. We weren't in the right state of mind to train him to fall asleep on his own one step at a time while he cried his head off. So it's really just how much energy and patience you have to be consistent every time you put baby to sleep that will determine if this method is successful or not. It worked for my friend but not for me.”
