“I am so grateful that a friend mentioned your classes to us. We had our third child almost 4 months ago but her siblings are 9 and 11 years older so it has been awhile since we have been in the newborn stage. When they were little a book had been recommended to us that ended up being a very scheduled approach. Our first child was fairly difficult due to some pretty bad reflux and I almost resented the idea the book because it felt like I was always failing to come anywhere close to the schedule suggested. I was so grateful to hear things like never ever will your baby follow this schedule etc. That being said though the sample schedules and approximate wake windows have been so helpful for us, they are flexible goals that seem much more attainable. I’m not sure we need to sleep train because we have done so well with the newborn classes but we will probably purchase the next bundle because we love all the little tips and having a place to go to for ideas without feeling any pressure or failure if things don’t go perfectly the first or even 10th try.
