This was easy to follow and implement. Truly a godsend! It allowed us to gain some normalcy back into our lives! I would absolutely recommend to all parents.

This program has helped me to get to know my baby better, to understand him and, as a result, everything has improved. I highly recommend these classes.

This was such a game changer! We started at 2 months old and she started sleeping 10 hours almost immediately. We have consistently been getting 10-12 hours with her for the past 4 weeks and she is getting better and better at putting herself to sleep. I feel ready to handle the sleep regression as well. It’s nice to have tools on hand for the hard nights that will inevitably happen. I recommend this to every new (or experienced!) parent!

I bought this for my second child and wish I had taken the course for my first! For my first, I used some of what I read on the TCB website, but the entire course is so much more helpful. Her advice and steps are so thoughtful and non judgmental, which made me feel so much more confident as a Mom. My boy is now 7 weeks and just last night he slept for a 7 hour stretch. He also naps great during the daytime. I attribute so much of this success to the steps she taught me here. Thank you!

As a first time parent we found this course so helpful! Learning sleep cues was huge for us and helped our little one get great sleep!

I bought this program when my son was 8 weeks. It helped me immensly with daytime naps and understanding wake windows. My son had very inconsistent day time sleep and would only fall asleep after eating. If I tried to then put him down in his bassinet he would wake up. I was also feeding him every 1.5-2 hours during the day which I knew wasn't sustainable. It turns out I was misreading his sleepy cues for hungry cues. The CRIES and SITBACK tool helped me put him down for his daytime naps within his wake windows. At 3.5 months we were able to introduce a 8PM bedtime rather than having a 5th late evening nap.

This bundle saved me. I had my first baby in February, and just having these resources and videos as a frame of reference were critical in the first few weeks not only because many of the tricks worked, but it took away a lot of the anxiety and gave me something to work off of. There’s also no rigid guidelines so when certain tricks don’t work out, there is no pressure. I was feeling like a failure as a parent, and Cara’s lessons really helped me relax and give myself grace, a difficult feat when you’re in the thick of it all. Thank you!
