Whenever someone asks for advice about babies and sleeping, Taking Cara Babies is always suggested #1! I decided to be proactive and purchase the First Five Months Bundle and complete before our first child arrived so I would be prepared with skills to help soothe and comfort our baby while sleeping. I’m so happy we did this and we felt we were very equipped and have used many of the techniques to soothe our baby and get restful sleep. Highly recommend!

TCB was a game changer for us! After 3 weeks of almost no sleep, I purchased the 5-month bundle and immediately saw improvement in my son’s sleep after implementing the tips. He went from being a baby that wouldn’t nap or sleep at night to sleeping through the night by 8 weeks with a consistent nap schedule. We just made it through the 4-month regression and didn’t notice any change since he’s great at soothing himself back to sleep. I’ve only had one child so far so my experience is limited, but I will 100% follow this plan with any future kids and recommend it to new parents. It saved my sanity in those early days and now I have a great sleeper!

Cara is so helpful and has some really helpful methods on getting the baby to sleep. I am a softie and can’t handle “cry it out”, so this was instrumental in getting me sleep, while avoiding that method. She has thought of a lot of the issues that people face and has several examples, and it’s definitely worth it. The way I see it is if you want good sleep without cry it out, you have to have some fix: would you rather pay $1.7k for a snoo to rock your baby to sleep, or pay way less to just learn how to do it yourself? For me it’s a no brainer!

Amazing! Worked wonders for our son who was a terrible sleeper even WITH the Snoo. He was waking up every hour to nurse and now is giving us 6-7 hour stretches at 9 weeks old! He is a happier baby overall too. Thanks Cara!

Taking Cara Babies is such a gift for anyone with a baby. The first five months were a lifesaver and got us through how to transition through hard sleep regressions. My son is now 13 months and we had a one-on-one with Brittany and she did an amazing job giving us advice for sleep in daycare. I now give this gift to anyone I know having a baby. It's the best!!!

A MUST HAVE! I bought this for myself with my baby, and it was the only thing I needed. And since then, have bought it 4 (!!) times for friends having babies--my favorite baby shower gift! Enough of the noise, IG accounts, books about sleep... Cara's training, videos, articles, handouts, and more give you JUST the right amount of information and explain WHY - which was so important to me (and even engaged my husband to understand why we were doing what we were doing). It also helps explain WHY something may NOT work for you! I love Cara's philosophies, that babies are not robots, there is no one-stop-shop (EXCEPT LITERALLY THIS COURSE), and that you can engage in good habits from the beginning and a routine, but not hard rules or a strict schedule. You can figure out what works best for you and using her tools, my son literally slept through the night by 6 weeks (by that I mean 6-7 hours CONSISTENTLY, so like 10-5), and then through the night for real (12 hours) by 3 months (with a dream feed). He has slept 12+ hours now since then (aside from 1 time we had to re-train the SITBACK at about 5 months, but only took 2-3 nights). Bottom line, i cannot recommend this course enough. worth every penny!
