My husband and I could not get our newborn to sleep consistently during the night let alone in a bassinet. The only time we could get him to stay asleep was when we held him. The information we learned in the First Five Months Bundle of Taking Cara Babies allowed us not only to get our newborn to sleep in the bassinet but now to only be waking 2x/ night to feed/ diaper change at just 6 weeks old! I strongly recommend this course!

I took this course when my daughter was 11 weeks old and it has made a tremendous positive impact on our lives. My daughter responded well to the techniques and learned to fall asleep independently early on. She did not need to be sleep trained. There was absolutely no crying. She is now almost 7 months and she’s still sleeping really well. She is delightful when she is awake, and also attribute that to this program. This program is helpful not only for sleep, but Cara explains how to handle awake time too so that baby is ready to sleep. We still watch our wake windows and my daughter is thriving. Honestly, I was lost before I had this program.

As most new parents, we struggled in the first month with putting our baby to sleep and more important, with helping him stay asleep. Takingcarababies had everything we needed to know about the newborn period and baby sleep. We are happy to be the parents of a baby that sleeps on his own, through the night (from six months old, he is one year old now), without any crying involved. We did experience the 4 month sleep regression and the course helped us with that, too. The first five months bundle was incredibly helpful and we recommend it to all new parents

My baby is 7 weeks old and has been sleeping 6-7 hour stretches for two weeks now at night. This is my fourth baby and I’ve never had a baby sleep so well so early!! I’ve learned some super valuable tips that I wish I’d known before that would have prevented so much stress and provided so much sleep.

My firstborn daughter was not a Taking Cara Baby. I figured sleep is straightforward and that if babies wake up, it's because they need something. How hard could it be, right? Well, I'll spare you the horrific details (does waking up every two hours for seven months sound fun? No, no it does not), but suffice to say, when I got pregnant with our son, I immediately started to worry. I dreaded the fog of exhaustion and helplessness that seemed an inevitable part of the early months. ENTER CARA. My little sister--may the Lord eternally bless her, amen--purchased the first five months bundle for us. My husband and I desperately grabbed onto this lifeline and watched the course just a few weeks before our son was born. I can't even compute how many times we said "OHHHHH" and "I get it!!" as we watched. Here's what I think the major benefits of the course were for our family: (1) Confidence. Now that we had a system to follow, the desperate, frazzled "What do I do now?!" feelings were nearly nonexistent. This enabled us to stay (2) Calm during the process of soothing our little guy. I think babies can smell fear. Since we weren't hyperventilating as we used CRIES and later SITBACK, I could tell our son felt secure and soothed more than our daughter ever did. And on top of that, the (3) Consistency that the course taught us helped our boy learn the skill of sleep. We did modify a few things very slightly as we learned what worked best for him and our family, but because we had a template and road map, we were able to give him a clear path to nighty-night. These worked together to land us on (4) CLOUD NINE: the soft, pillowy cloud of restful, consistent nighttime sleep. I enjoyed the newborn stage so much this time around that I'm even considering having another baby. Cara and team, THANK YOU for the joy and rest you've given to our family!

We made progress with our sleep routines, but I doubted that we would have a baby that would put herself to sleep and sleep through the night. Fast forward a couple of months and now we have a 3 month old that is doing just that! Wish I would have known about Cara with my other two! My husband and I are so grateful!
