Writing this review at 3am while we try to get the baby back to sleep. Definitely offers good tips and advice. Did it work for us, not really no. Have we done literally everything the guide says yes. Helpful info but just didn’t work for our baby.

Bought this course after having great success with the Newborn course (our baby started sleeping 10+ hours through the night around 9 weeks old). It's been super helpful for the transition as the baby gets older. Baby is still mostly sleeping through the night and when he occasionally wakes up, we have tools to get him back to sleep very quickly and help him learn to self-soothe. Can't say enough good things about the Taking Cara Babies courses and have been recommending them to other new moms that I know.

Taking Cara Babies has some really helpful insight to helping babies get better sleep. My baby, who didn’t tolerate sleeping in his bed at the beginning is already sleeping in his own bed (at night and for all of his naps) and doing 5-6 hour stretches at night :) he isn’t yet sleeping through the night, but we are working on it slowly. I love that Cara is super respectful of every parent’s style and doesn’t have a rigid approach to helping little ones get better sleep. I highly recommend this course to parents who are struggling.

I did the newborn and months 3 & 4 program. When I initially implemented the steps I thought there was no chance that my girl would be able to fall asleep on her own. But I trusted the process and my baby is almost 4 months old and has been going to sleep by herself for almost two weeks for naps and bedtime!

I love all of Caras content, but this I feel was not the best money well spent. I tried so hard to make this work but it was just not it. I started practicing everything from this package at the beginning of 4 months. It’s currently a little over five months and nothing is still working. I started reading a different book called Sleep Lady’s goodnight sleep tight and that seems to be working better.

This course helped us go in the right direction until she was ready for sleep training. We were still constantly settling her and were never able to get her to settle without picking her up. This course is great, but I wish there was more about going from feeding to sleep down to being able to use SITBACK. I believe this course set our daughter up to have an easier time with the 5-24month course.

Okay, I had learned a couple word of mouth things about the newborn class from friends and once my twins turned 3 months old I decided to officially start implementing some of the techniques. I will say don’t expect results overnight, for us it took a good 4 weeks of consistency to see an improvement. But I’m so glad we got the 3&4 month class. I’m in the boat of trigger word “sleep training” scares me. They’re 5 months old now and making progress in a way that it doesn’t look like we’ll need to go to the ABC of sleep training course because of starting so early. My advice, start as early as you can. You won’t see results for several weeks (or months depending on age), but the earlier the better.
