We purchased the course a little early so we could digest the content and be prepared when the regression started. We started with the fundamentals and went from contact naps and falling asleep on mum, to having a great independent sleeper for bedtime and nap 1. We also found she came on massively developmentally and was so much happier from napping at the right intervals. When the regression started, we followed the steps with confidence in her baseline meaning I wasn’t tempted to feed her when she woke. After 2 weeks our little one is now sleeping 11 hours consistently. Mummy & Daddy managed to have our first proper night out, feeling confident she wouldn’t be waking until the morning, so we could really relax and enjoy. Thank you Cara, this has been an absolute game changer for us!

I’ve been loving this package so far! I found it so helpful to have Cara’s set of steps to follow to help my 3 month old become an independent sleeper. The sliding scale of intervention was a game changer to me! Bedtime is way less stressful now. Also, I love the blog posts for finding the answer to my questions and even to the ones I didn’t know I had!

I love this plan! I was so shocked to see that simply increasing the sound machine would put him back to sleep. My husband didn’t believe me, but when it was his turn to settle him, I told him the first 3 steps of sitback and he only had to get to touching his chest. i love that it teaches you to understand and observe your baby- that every cry isn’t a hungry cry, upset cry, etc. I hope it continues this way! Baby is 4 months old now and doing great. I think he’s past his regression that he had at 3 and a half months. These steps help so much!
