These tips worked for a few weeks and then I really feel they made sleep worse for my baby… He wasn’t reverse cycling or anything which is what I feel like this guide is geared toward… I wish I would’ve just left him be because he was sleeping better during his regression before we started implementing all of this. It’s honestly super disappointing. Occasionally the SITBACK strategy will work, but overall this has cause me more stress and anxiety which is a bummer. Will definitely need to sleep train my maybe but hesitant to go with TCB. :(

All the information in the Navigating Months 3 & 4 has been super helpful especially for a first time mom. Our sweet baby is doing so well with his schedule and sleeping through the night. We couldn’t have done it without taking Cara babies!

Overall it’s a very informative class, but it’s really hard to connect the dots as a first time parent. It took using the ABC’s of sleep class to get out baby girl to sleep through the night in her crib. Prior to that, we would see 2 hours max at a time of sleep. Even with taking the second set of classes, sleep is still disrupted off and on for various reasons. If I could give new parents one tip, it’s this. These classes are helpful with teaching you how to understand sleep cues, routines, and methods to help baby sleep better. It’s not a perfect fix to the sleep problems, but it definitely helps you be more knowledgeable and understanding as to what’s going on with your baby’s development and sleep patterns.

We had taken the newborn class already but wanted to make sure there wasn't something we missed in the 3-4 month class. Navigating months 3-4 was like a refresher course for what we learned in the newborn class and helped with daytime schedule/routine. Since we took the newborn class and navigating months 3-4 we never had to formally sleep train our baby! She slept through the night on her own without feeding at 4 months old! These classes are life changing and can't recommend them enough!
