“This review is for Cara’s blog in addition to the 3-4 month class. Everything I have implemented with my baby has been learned through Cara and I’m forever grateful! Each month I check out her blogs for the new sleep routines and wake windows and check in with my baby’s schedule if we have more frequent night wakings or a harder time getting to bed. The 3-4 month guide was great while navigating the sleep regression but the biggest key for us was learning our baby’s own needs within the guidelines provided. He’s still not a perfect sleeper but Cara provides all the tools you need to get on the right track. Currently seeing a 7pm-4am stretch at night which is much better than the newborn days!”
“I’m not super impressed with the program. Some of the things she teaches work, some don’t. Even with all the classes, blogs, Instagram reels and repetition, my son can’t seem to put himself to sleep independently. I’ve adjusted bedtimes, made sure he’s getting enough calories during the day, and every single other thing suggested in the program. But I honestly think this program works if you have the right baby for it.”

“This course helped give me the peace of mind I needed that there is no cookie cutter way to do things for my baby. At the same time, Cara offers clear-cut advice to support baby becoming a successful sleeper!”
“Even though we are still working on having a great sleeper, the course gave me a lot of confidence as a new mom. I would highly recommend and just bought the next stage classes!”
“It didn’t really work. It gave negative reinforcement. It allows them to fry then you reward and give them a paci. It seems backwards. We ended up hiring a sleep consultant and have had incredible results. Sleeping 12 hours after three days.”
