“This is my first Chromebook, and I am not really tech savvy, but trying to get better, so this is an excellent value for my 1st refurbished purchase, as I did not want to spend more than a $150. Few scratches but in excellent condition, was easy to connect to my mobile hotspot, have not registered item, or tried to dowload the online office software as yet which is the main reason for purchase, but will update. Product got here real early, which was awesome!”
