“Good large sized laptop. On the heavy side. Relatively fast. Set up was quick. Seems to be in very good condition for being 11 years old. No signs of wear and tear. Only drawback is the very poor battery life, it drains super quickly, otherwise maybe 5 stars instead of 3.”
“This is a good Dell laptop. It's got speed, and capacity. I think the price was still high, and the battery is terrible - a new one should have been installed, or provided - those are the reasons for the 3 stars. A new battery would probably get it to 5 stars.”
“My concerns of buying a refurbished laptop, is the turn around time if l have a problem. I was surprised it was delivered a day earlier than expected. So far we have no issues.
