“You have fantastic customer service from. FireStar, they stand behind the work they do refurbishing electronics then they carefully package for shipping. When my Samsung Chrome book arrived, it would not start up. You sannot boot up or do anything else without turning on and it appeared to have a dead battery. It was not charging after 6 hours plus of being plugged in. It came late on Friday afternoon. FireStars 60 day warranty, and slip showing systems checked and passed. I called C.S. #. Their office was closed. I started to check , if it passed, why was it not coming on? Borrowing a neighbors. charging system, I plugged in again. After a couple of hours it had a full charge. I proceeded to boot up and set up my apps. I called. FireStar CS monday, and explained my experience. They are going to send me another charging system. and a return slip so thst they can check out the defective part. They will pay the return shipping charge.”
