It came three quarters charged so we tested it right away. No problem. The cord is only 4”-5” long so find a long one so you’re prepared. “This battery is small in size and pretty light. It charges pretty fast in direct sun. It does Not charge with a cable to a power block(maybe this one is broken?). It is rated at 10,000 mAh but it does not compare to another (older) battery with the same rating. It is probably actually half of their 10,000 mAh rating. However, it puts out the expected power to charge the device plugged into it. All in all it has good solar capabilities but falls flat in other features.”
“My device was as described and as requested and received most promptly, as we have had several wildfires burning in our state we have had very little sunshine so I charged the unit with my house plug as per the included instructions and have not found it necessary to use the device yet”
