Unfortunately the tablet arrived DOA. It would not power on. But, Tanga is going to send a replacement. I am genuinely impressed with Tanga's customer service. The tablet computer is everything they advertised it to be. It looked new. Unfortunately it had a hard drive problem. Things happen sometime that are just not under our control. Maybe the tablet had a hard ride during shipping. Whatever... I simply cannot and will not blame Tanga. Yes I will buy from Tanga again.
