Hello Caroline, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I can see your order was placed with our standard delivery on the evening of the 22nd December. Our standard UK cut off was 12pm on the 21st, so we would recommend using our express service on the 22nd to receive this in time for Christmas.
