“The products were fine, no complaint. However, the gift box was pathetic a cardboard box full of rough straw, where was the presentation?? an item such as a scarf which is to be given as a gift deserved to be wrapped and packed appropriately not casually thrown into a brown cardboard box. rather than be embarrassed I purchased a pretty box and placed the scarf in soft tissue for my friend's Christmas gift.”
