“I ordered and paid my scarf and I did not received it within the confirmed term, nor I got an explanation why my order was delayed. In fact, I am still waiting for my scarf or for any update on the order delivery.”

Hi Mariya, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! So sorry to hear that you didn't receive any updates from the Royal Mali about your parcel being delivered late, we are so sorry to hear that. I can see from your tracking that it looks like your parcel was delivered earlier today, so we hope everything is perfect in your order, and if you need a hand with anything at all, please do let us know at hello@tartanblanketco.com and we'd love to help out in any way we can!

“An absolutely beautiful, velvety soft scarf in gorgeous autumnal colours. Bought as a treat for myself but came so delightfully wrapped and packaged that it almost made me want to give it as a gift. Fast dispatch and an excellent service as always.”
