“The product is very good, super smooth and warm, ideal as a gift, which it was. Sadly, not impressed by the website, the sales support as I tried to order another one to be delivered by the next day and the chat bot didn't respond, the phone number didn't answer and the message I left in order to place an order was not responded in time. I got a nice note afterwards, but, by then, I had decided to give the company no further business. After sales support clearly means more to me than to them.”
