Mild but complex flavor. No bitterness if you overbrew.

When I was reading reviews of this tea, someone had posted something that stuck with me. No matter how long you let it brew, sometimes I forget about it, it never becomes bitter. And that is so true. I love it! It's what a good, strong, black tea should taste like!

I originally bought Welsh Brew as a present for my husband. He has been drinking it for 20 years.

So happy to find a favorite tea from my time studying in Wales. I ordered a box for myself and a box as a housewarming gift for a friend. We love this tea because of its robust, rich taste. Strong enough for an early mornings or an afternoon pick-me-up.

I'm no tea expert but it was very satisfying and rich in flavor. Just finished another order from TeaDog.com for more.

I decided to try Murrough's Welsh Brew on a lark. I normally use only Barry's Irish Teas and the Thompson Family Teas from Belfast. I was pleasantly surprised what a nice flavored tea the Welsh Brew is. Like the Irish teas, it's able d of African and Indian teas, with a different, milder taste than of the Barry teas or Thompson's Family Teas. It won't be my regular teas, but it was a nice change. I highly recommend giving the Welsh a try!

I drink my tea with sugar and half&half, so it needs to be full-flavored and robust. Welsh Brew is perfect!
