“My review is based on the customer service and support. If I were to grade the device it would be a 3 out of 5 however that is because I selcted a model that is rather old therefore has its limitations which cannot compete with the latest technology but I only needed it for basics and the price is unmatched.
My overall experience is 5. I spoke with Eli who was very helpful, he made me aware of the capabilities of the device that I selected and the differences of the more modern versions. He also made some suggestions of devices that had better perfomance and similar price bracket to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and that it meets my needs. Very happy with my purchase and definitely will be shopping here again soon.”
