“I turned to a refurbished MacBook after having to return two Microsoft laptops within 3 months. The experience was not good - a day after receiving it I had to return that too, because when I tried to update the OS as prompted, the update process simply stalled and I was unable to do anything further.
Tech Trade promised to repair and update the system, saying they would collect it from my house (good) on Saturday last, which they did and return it on Tuesday or Wednesday (today). I'm still waiting.”
