“I made a purchase from Doohickey-Hut several weeks ago with a 3-5 day delivery promise. Weeks later, order not received! Contacted Doohickey and they delivered my order within a few days. However, the product was faulty!!! I informed Doohickey three or four times by e-mail but they refuse to reply. They are NOT contactable by telephone, only e-mail.
Doohickey portray themselves as providing good quality customer service, but they don't. They take your money, provide faulty goods (if they provide them at all) and refuse to communicate with you.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM DOOHICKEY AGAIN, BEST AVOIDED!!!!”
“When I initially placed the order it wasn't particularly clear that it was an advance order. It was placed at the start of April, as a present for a birthday at the end of May. In the end it didn't arrive on time. The communication wasn't particularly effective either. It took nearly a week before I received a response to an e-mail.
To be fair, the delay was explained when I did receive an update; and the product was quite good when we eventually got it.
I'm generally prepared to wait for something if I know it is on it's way, but I feel let down by the customer service on this occasion.”
“It was the wrong model and I was not offer a exchange of the product just refund. I’ve sent the parcel by post and I’m waiting for the refund. I would rather had the product exchange.thanks”
