“Absolute shambles from start to finish! Sent a obviously USED item from a 3rd party EBay seller, item was open, dirty and most importantly DIDN'T WORK! Finally after 2 weeks they sent me another, happy with it apart from again the receipt was from an EBay seller for a price lower than I paid, I've used Doohickey a few times and not had a problem but I'll steer away from them from now on.”
“I have charged the battery about 3-4 times now and its charging to 100% but the phone will last 4 hours with minimal use. I would expect to at least get 8 hours out of a brand new battery. Could you let me know the procedure to return this item please.
