“ordered just under £40 worth of goods 7 days ago, my order still hasn't been dispatched,currently my order states it is unfulfilled yet the money has been taken.
Have contacted them but not had a reply. Not good service at all, i ordered the goods for a childs birthday (this friday) yet it looks like i am out of pocket and without the goods ive paid for!
I used this company because they promised quick shipping, this is not the case and i will not be using this company again.”
“I was hoping this would be the same as the one that comes with the mobile phone box on purchase. .
The plug seems good enough with no issues but the cable which connects to the plug is a less quality one. When charging the connection point to the mobile is to hot to touch and therefore I can not use it.
It does seem to charge fast with the fast charging but due to the heat created I won't take the chance.”
“The wireless pad works, the connection to plug into the iPhone charge socket does not work. Will be contacting them for a replacement or refund. Very disappointing!”
“Absolutely terrible service, took my money but never supplied anything. Emailed me to say they sent the adaptor but it never arrived. Contacted them and the they said they would give me the tracking number. Contacted them twice more, but no reply. Did keep asking for my feedback so here it is. Avoid at all costs.”
