“The product is fake, it's not a real Apple earphone. You can get it from ebay for a pound. Yet on this website they sell it for £25 when it's not a genuine Apple earphone”
“This gadget came with no instruction and when I figured out how it worked I would have to wait a few days until fully charged. Oh!! I forgot to mention that my phone would have to be attached to the pad which in turn needs to be connected to the mains anyway.
If this isn't the case then I blame the manufacturers for misleading me.”
“These earphones stopped working after a day. They still play sound but the remote doesn't change track or volume levels as it should. Refund or replacement item please?”
“I have tried to get through to you to obtain a refund or exhange for a faulty pair of headphones that I have received.
Your contact telephone number goes straight to voicemail and I have not received any correspondence after e-mailing you.”
