“I was sent a phone charger which was second hand/used. When I informed them of its quality, I was then sent a brand new one. Few days later I ordered a mobile phone battery. I was sent one which is not better than the one it replaced (18 months old!). I am waiting for their reply now.”

“Firstly, I ordered "Official Samsung Galaxy S7 S6 Edge + Note 5 Fast Wireless Charging Pad - Black x 1", not sure why I am being asked to review "Official Samsung Galaxy S8 S8 Plus + Note 5 Fast Wireless Charging Pad - Black". Maybe that's the issue, was I shipped the incorrect item?
I was aware that the pad does not come with a charger or cable, however it was advertised it was fast-charging. It is not! The charge is so incredibly slow and really dissatisfied with it. Total waste of money.
Not sure this is the fault of Doohickey, I was happy with how fast it was delivered.
Recommend not to buy this item. Stick to USB cables ;)”

“These headphones, within about a week of ordering, started causing music (on iPhone) to play & pause spontaneously as well as tracks etc to skip completely by themselves. Have tried cleaning headphone jack etc etc (in case was not the headphones but the phone) but no success- additionally, on my laptop they have to be adjusted every few minutes as the sound will frequently go fuzzy (just on the headphones) completely out of nowhere. So disappointing & such a waste a money, am very frustrated.”
