“I don't really know what this battery does, as I never received it. This is the second time in a row when I don't receive my goods. When contacting customer services, they take 24 to 48 hours to respond, and if you reply to the email they kick you back to the queue, waiting another 24 to 48 hours. So one email one reply takes one week”
