“I received the i beats head phone, to find that the volume didn't work and also, where the toggle holds the wire in place before it splits off to each head phone has come apart.”
“This is the 2nd case I bought for my phone. The 1st one cracked on both lower plastic holders - thought I must have dropped it BUT the 2nd one cracked in the same place after my phone has been in it for about 3 hours.
Considering this is an official Samsung case it is very surprising the quality of the plastic holding lugs is so bad that they shatter on use.
Very disappointing to have the same fault with 2 identical cases.”

“I don't think the Samsung charger is original as it takes so much time to charge compared to my old one. Same with the earphones, I don't think it's the original Samsung as only 1 side worked. Really annoyed with these products. Learnt my lesson, it's best to order from the actual company. The only good thing was the fast delivery.”
