“The products are usually in good condition, however in this month I've had to order 4 of these same earphones, as they all had the same defect: the right earphone is quieter with the bass almost muted, and/or the right earphone ceases to work, usually a week or so after use and sometimes shorter. Please can you look into this, I've just ordered a new pair which hopefully won't have this problem.
P.S. there is a post office in Bedmond near my address, if I'm not at home please deliver it to there rather than dropping it off all the way in King's Langley.”
“I thought that I had found a great deal here with a pair of brand new Monster iBeats by Dr. Dre In-ear Headphones for only £20.38 GBP, however they only lasted just over a year!
I contacted Doohickey expecting an apology an offer of an exchange as I have my reciept, but was told of a non-existent years' warranty that was up, which I was never told about and an offer to buy another pair at exactly the same price!!!!!
So I pay full price for headphones that I have to replace every year. I would've been better off buying a pair full price from a reputable shop like John Lewis who will exchange consumer electronics with a receipt. Most reputable shops offer a 2 year warranty for all headphones, even a pair for 7 quid!
Bad experience, and to state you can offer me a pair at the same price I bought them after your product broke after only 1 year.....? Bad attitude.”
“We ordered one pair and when they came the microphone wain't working . I returned them with no problem and the replacemental came promptly. Unfortunately the replacement pair was also faulty.”
“This company does nothing it is supposed to. You pay extra money for 1-3 day delivery and it takes a week. They are so rude and disrespectful that they will not reply to e mails asking about where your items are and about the postage you paid for.
