“I ordered an Apple fast charging cable on Friday 4th August, after allowing the 3 to 5 working days postage the item had still not arrived by Saturday 12th . So I sent an email saying not received item and they said must have been lost and will resend another one . It is now Wednesday 16th and still nothing has arrived. I never write reviews normally but feeling unhappy decided to let my feelings become known.”

“I wouldn't even give it one star. Ordered a battery on Saturday night paid 8.99 for next working day delivery. Post came today and no battery. Would not recommend wasting your time with this service”
“It turned up wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a normal envelope.
When I plugged it in, it didn't work. I've tried everything.
Now I have to try and find time in my busy schedule to send it back to them.\
Not ideal.”
