Product advertised was as a brand new xbox controller mark 2. What arrived was a second hand, mark 1 controller with no box or documents.
Returned it a week ago after being promised a refund and have been completely ignored and had no refund issued.

“I do not think this charger is official as 1 the cable is thinner and feels cheaper made than official Samsung 1 and 2 it charges from flat in 1 hour 40 mins regardless of wether I have the option on or off on my s6 it still takes the same amount of time”

Bought a 'Genuine' Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge battery as a replacement for my old original battery that was deteriorating. Fitted it (lots of hassle - removing back with heatgun etc), and almost right away noticed that battery performance was even worse than my old battery. Now (~2 weeks later) the battery is basically useless and I'll be refitting my old original which I luckily kept.
I actually just contacted Samsung to check if the part was genuine - they stated that Dookicky-Hut are not an approved Samsung vendor, and then checked the battery serial number and informed me that it's NOT a genuine part! So much for their 'Genuine Guarantee' - and they even lied to me when I explicitly asked in an email.
I did get a refund from them, but it's still not cool lying about genuine parts. Going to a local Samsung Experience Store for a genuine replacement part, as recommended by the Samsung Live Chat rep.”
