“Recieved chargers in good time, alas neither worked, so sent an email, no reply, so sent the chargers back, with a covering letter of complaint, still no contact from them, and as of yet no refund. Now 10 days since original email and 5 days since returning the items. Basically therve stolen my money! what a rip off! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
“Product is good - genuine Microsoft and good value.
However, delivery was slow. I paid £1 extra for 1st class delivery as phone was out of operation.
I received confirmation that the item was on its way at around 6pm on Wednesday. It did not arrive until c 5pm the following Tuesday (by courier posted through door) NB Monday was a Bank Holiday .”
