“Shockingly bad goods and service from this company. Battery arrived dented. Either sent like this or damaged in transit due to poor packaging. Email advised to send items back using a recorded or tracked service. Unable to return for a refund as Royal Mail will not accept a battery unless using a prepaid label from a company. No return label was provided. Email for help advised that a "battery courier will be needed" but did not explain what this means. So far unresolved and out of pocket. Beware.”

I checked the voltage and is about 3,500mV compared.to my old battery at 4,30p mV. I would look somewhere else if I was planning to buy a replacement battery...”
