“THE item itself was in great condition ans actually genuine unlike other websites! But, the time it took just to get the item took 2 weeks while i payed £0.99 where it was meant to come between 1-3 working days. Had to keep £0.99 wasted there”
“I ordered headphones - emailed 15 minutes later saying I didn't want them. They dispatched them the next day and then informed me of the returns process. I sent them back as soon as I received them via Royal Mail tracked so I could see when they were received. After 4 days - still nothing so I emailed to chase this up. They ignored the email so I opened a PayPal dispute and then emailed them again. He asked me for tracking info even though the order number and everything was inside the bag. I finally got a refund after going back and forth. Will never use again.”
