“Hi I order sony Xperia XZ charger the delivery was fast but wasn't very please when I realised I got a micro USB lead that doesn't charge my phone instead of the Sony xperia's XZ USB 3.1 cable as described on the article so I'd either like a replacement usb lead (the right 1) or a full refund”

They have not responded to any of my e-mails via the 'contact us' fornication in their website. Their phone goes to voicemail and the e mail to 'queries' is not working. Not happy with the customer service. Avoid at all costs, just feels like a scam website”
