“Ordered a pair of earphones 3 weeks ago, arrived on time but were faulty. Returned them and asked for a replacement and still nothing has arrived! They didn't even bother to contact me to let me know that the colour I want was out of stock (this was their excuse for delaying my replacement). Still waiting for either a refund or replacement, absolutely terrible shop!”
