“PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE! I ordered a charger and was sent the wrong one, I asked for a refund or the correct item sent next day delivery. My 2nd try was not sent next day and was again not what I ordered. I again asked for a refund if my order was not issued to me by next day delivery. They sent my order a third time but then refunded me as it again was not next day delivery. My third order never arrived and when I asked to speak to someone over the phone I got fobbed off with phone lines are down and I quote "we don't know what else we can do, we're sorry this transaction hasn't worked out" HOW ABOUT SENDING ME WHAT I ORDERED CORRECTLY! Absolutely shocking customer service, I will never use this site again, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

After placing an order for a charger for a Samsung Note 4 and paying an extre £8.99 for GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY..... I am still awaiting delivery 5 days later!
There is no telephone number to call them....just an email address!
I have emailed them on 3 separate occasions and have not received a reply!
I am seriously wondering if this is a genuine website and if these wonderful reviews are seriously genuine also!
I am now in a position where I will have to purchase a charger elsewhere as I am in desperate need to get my phone back in action....so IF and WHENEVER I receive this item....it will....... be of no further use!
