“The item wasn't what I expected and had to send back for not working properly. The customer service team were helpful in sorting out a refund. Shame it didn't work out.”
“Had to return as it transpired that the keyboard is NORWEGIAN and I am not, so completely useless for UK use. None of the soft keys matched the displayed symbols so a complete lucky dip when trying to type punctuation marks etc. Company also failed to refund return delivery costs despite being legally obliged to do so. Will not buy from them again.”
“Still havent got the product , im trying to call no one answering, i left a voice mail and nothing, i tried the contact form no one answered back, i am trying to contact via email their email inbox is full , the only i got was one email before two days telling me we will contact the warehouse and text you back.. still waiting.. so even if i get the product at the end the customer support is very bad or i dont know maybe i am just unlucky ?”
“So it’s fine...and Norwegian. Works well, but you will need to NOT agree for your device to switch to Nowegian keyboard, and remember about 4 keys will have to type something different to that displayed on keyboard. A bit naughty of them to sell it without clearly informing. For me, it doesn’t really matter. Price is good.”
“Supplied with a keyboard where all the symbols were wrong. I finally established I had been sent a keyboard set up for an input course of Norwegian. Still have not worked out how to get a pound sign on it!”
