“The package turned up in a terrible state. We emailed as you can’t get through to phone. Emails take days to respond to. We had to build the chair to make sure all parts were there before my sons birthday. Some parts in the box were not in packaging and some had fallen out of the packaging. After over a week and a half of emails and photos sent of the damage, we were refunded so much as compensation. It’s a shame as this is the second chair we have purchased in the last few months as both my sons wanted one. We had no issue the first time. I think you need to improve on you customer service as four days to respond to an email and not being able to speak to anyone direct isn’t very good!”
