“On receiving it the flash light didn't work. I emailed you & you told me to return it. But then I showed my partner & he unscrewed the battery casing to find a plastic strip to pull out to allow the batteries to start working!! I emailed you back to say all was ok now but in future you should put instructions with it & you replied to say they thought that as a good idea. Great service. Thank you”
