“This was my first experience of using this firm. My battery arrived badly damaged. The padded envelope used for shipping was unmarked but the internal battery wrapping had marks which matched the damage on the battery. This suggested to me that the item was unchecked before being posted. I am now waiting for a replacement. In fairness the company responded quickly. Lets see what condition the replacement arrives in!”
