“This is the second time I am buying this product. This first was alright but this last time was a waste of money and time. The sound only comes out loud on the left ear. I have to strain my ears to hear the right and it's such a pain. The whole sound is an error. When I complained, I was asked to send it back with a registered post at my own expense. Who does that considering how much the item costs?”
