“Terrible experience ordering through this site, ordered 2 pairs of headphones (first class "1-3 working days"), 9 days later still waiting, contacted the company multiple times to find out what is going on to be told the order has been lost, no offer of compensating for my time and money wasted for a service I paid for and did not recieve but a refund if I did not want to continue with a replacement order, sad customer service regardless of if it was the postal service at fault, I should be compensated and they should be the ones chasing the postal service for any compensating made, instead it is the customer left out to dry.”
