“Very disappointed I purchased a blue astro gaming chair for my sons birthday I went to assemble the chair the day before his birthday and had parts missing and damaged I emailed that night about the condition of the chair to get no response its been a week and I was told I would be contacted within 24-48hrs I received an automated email to say you have my emails but still no reply to help with the problem I'm starting to feel like I've been robbed!!”

“seat goes hard after aa couple weeks. only had it about 6-8 weeks and the chair is now wobbly. has a lean to right as well and i have looked after it. taken it apart at built it again incase it was loose but still tilts me to tyhe right”
“This was purchased for my daughter birthday. I was away for a few weeks so had it delivered to my parents house. And the state off the box. Looked like it was opened previously. Just hoping all the parts are there. As I didn’t have time to look into it. Just wrapped it up. And have it for my daughter tomorrow. Will not be using again”
