“Unhappy the chair is damaged and still waiting for them to confirm a replacement. Although this probably is the person who packaged it and not helped then in transit.”
“Would have been better if a set of instructions were supplied! Not the greatest quality, but then again not the most expensive chair either. The foot rest had a little tear which you can't see unless you look under. The worst part was that I spent half an hour cleaning it. The footstool extension was covered in rust. Not great!”

“If it’s could give zero stars I would! The chair is fine. The service is diabolical. I ordered the chair as a birthday present well in advance of the day. I paid for ‘guaranteed next day’ postage. Days passed and after numerous emails and voice messages I was asked not to raise a case and the chair would be dispatched. It arrived AFTER the birthday date. I had to raise a complaint wit PayPal to get a refund for delivery. Wish I’d never used the company. Disappointing is an understatement. AVOID AND USE AMAZON or someone reputable.”
