“You have done nothing to resolve this matters, 15 days ago your courier service returned our item to you after just 2 consecutive days of attempting to deliver. We didn't get the opportunity to collect from depot. 5 emails 2 phone calls and NOTHING. My 12yr old son spent his birthday money on 31st August, 19 days later, no product, no refund, no correspondence. Except for 1 pathetic email asking for order number. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE”
“This is the second time I am buying this product. This first was alright but this last time was a waste of money and time. The sound only comes out loud on the left ear. I have to strain my ears to hear the right and it's such a pain. The whole sound is an error. When I complained, I was asked to send it back with a registered post at my own expense. Who does that considering how much the item costs?”
